Where are your products from?

We only source materials from socially responsible businesses with ethical manufacturing practices and sustainable farmed wood.

Our products are assembled and shipped from Galway, Ireland.

Will my watch/sunglasses fit? 

Our watches have adjustable bands and the tool is included  so you can easily do it yourself. All our sunglasses are equipped with flexible hinges that give the arms a greater range of movement and does not limit them to the traditional, 90 degree angle, providing greater comfort and more durability to withstand everyday use.


We've worked hard to ensure that the sizes we offer will suit our customer`s styles and preferences. We offer products that come in a range of shapes and sizes, including Unisex and Women's styles. Each product is different, so make sure to check the dimensions of each product.

Are the watches Waterproof?

The watches are “splash safe” - safe for washing your hands to a little sprinkle on those rainy days. However they are not designed to be completely submerged under water. In order to protect your wood craft product, please take note to remove your watch when taking showers or taking a dip in the ocean! Water damage is not covered in your warranty and is not elligible for refunds or returns/exchanges.

How does the one year Warranty work?

Each wood watch and sunglasses by WOOD LIFE has a warranty to be free from defects in material or workmanship from the time of delivery for a period of 12 months.To maintain this limited warranty, the product must be operated and maintained in accordance with the Care and Operation Instructions. Abuse, mechanical damage, alterations, water damage or scratches due to abnormal wear are not covered by the WOOD LIFE limited warranty. Furthermore, WOOD LIFE will not be responsible for loss or damage related to the use of its products nor battery life.

Why don't you accept my currency?

Right now we're able to show dozens of global currencies to give you a sense of how our prices convert into other currencies. We're working to implement new payment systems that will allow us to accept not only different currencies, but also several different regional payment systems. So while the content of your cart may currently be displayed in your local currency, Wood Life Store will process all orders in EUROS at the most current exchange rate. What about shipping and delivery?

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri), a timeline which does not include Weekends or Public Holidays. Each order will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with the Tracking number. See  Postage & Delivery for more information.


Please remember that the delivery of your order is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (An Post, USPS, Fedex, DHL, etc). Once a package leaves for delivery, you must reach out directly to the shipping carrier selected during checkout to resolve delivery issues. You should have your Tracking number ready when contacting the shipping carrier. Check the progress on our site by Tracking Your Order. Please feel free to contact us if you have any issues regarding your shipment. *Free Shipping Worldwide for orders over €60. 

Will my order get to me without any issues?

We use An Post (Irish Postal Service)by default. You may choose another shipping carrier listed in our system such as USPS (United States Postal Service) and DHL for deliveries worldwide. All of our shipments leave Ireland and might spend anywhere from one to four business days in customs upon arrival to the destination, this depends on local authorities. We cannot provide any customs clearance estimates, but in most cases, there are no extra customs fees. 

IMPORTANT: In case customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country, it must be paid by the recipient of the order. Wood Life cannot be held accountable for any extra importing fees. For further information regarding Customs fees please Contact Us.

Can I change/cancel my order if it has not been shipped yet?

It all depends where we are at in the process of making your Wood Life order. If you need to change your shipping address, shipping method, or cancel your order - please Contact Us  ASAP with your order ID as orders move quickly through our system and changes cannot be guaranteed (contact via Whatsapp is also available).

Can I return my product?

RETURN POLICY: If the product you receive is not as described or lower quality than expected, you may return it and receive a full refund. The return shipping fee will be paid by you. Or, you can choose to keep the product and contact us to agree on a partial refund. 

If there is any defect or damage caused during shipping, you are entitled to an exchange by submitting photographic proof of the damage. 


 Please send us an email at sales@woodlifestore.com and include your NAME, ORDER NUMBER and a brief DESCRIPTION of your return (with photos in case of damage) 


*To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.


REFUNDS: We will process your refund within 24 hours of receiving your returned item back to us in Ireland. You should expect to see your refund in your slected account within 4 to 7 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding global bank holidays) according to bank processing times. You will receive a Refund Update email once your refund has been processed by us. 


If you do not receive the funds in your account after 10 working days from receiveing our Refund Update email, please contact us via email at sales@woodlifestore.com so that we can verify with the bank. 


 Please note: some local banks may take longer to process payments. Wood Life has no control of bank processing times.
